30-Day Refund & Size Replacement Policy

Refunds and size replacements are available within 30 days of your original purchase date. We can’t offer either after that window, and a replacement does not restart or extend the 30-day period.

Don’t love it? We’ll refund you.

If you’re not happy with your T-shirt for any reason, we’ll refund you. There’s no need to send it back. Please donate it, give it to a friend, or let someone else enjoy it.

Wrong size? We’ll send you another.

If your T-shirt doesn’t fit, let us know which size you need and we’ll send you a replacement. You don’t need to return the original.

Email hello@gokittigo.com within the 30-day window. Include your order number and let us know whether you’d like a refund or a size replacement. If you need a replacement, tell us which size you’d like.

Please don’t send anything back to us unless we specifically ask you to.
